About Us

The Artisan Alliance is a non profit art organization formed in 1966 as The Village Art Club. The group exists to further art appreciation and education within the community.

Membership is open to those who appreciate the visual arts and wish to support and promote art and artisans in the NW Arkansas area. Contact us using the email below to join!

The Alliance sponsors the following venues:

Wishing Spring Gallery, where artists display and sell their artwork and crafts.

Thurs - Sat 10am to 4pm

 

 

 

The Clay Studio, provides classes and training by professional potters on creating your own pottery.

The Bella Vista Arts & Crafts Festival, NWA's premier show held the third weekend in October of each year. The last all jury show in the area and features artisans from all over North America.

Arts & Crafts

Scholarship

The Artisan Alliance is proud to offer scholarships for local artisans in the amount of $1,000 per semester for up to 8 semesters.

Applicants should be a Northwest Arkansas high school senior entering College in the fall as a declared a major in the fine or applied arts OR a current NWA college freshman, with a GPA of at least 2.65.

Check out the application for more details. If you qualify, please read the application carefully. The application cannot be filled out online and must be accompanied with a handwritten letter. Our Scholarship Director, Dustie Meads, will be available to help if you have any questions or difficulties.
